  They have some nice clothes. But their prices are so outrageous I can't even believe it. I had a gift card so that helped, just surprised by how much everything cost.

  I was at first very impressed by this store. After shopping at Blue regularly since they opened I have become disappointed. I am often ignored or treated disrespectfully by the women behind the register, even though I have spent hundreds of dollars in their store in the last few months. In my most recent visit to the store I was treated so rudely by the woman behind the counter that I have decided that I would rather drive into Boston to shop at North River Outfitters or go to Gould's in Acton where I know I will be treated professionally and be able to shop better labels such as Southern Tide, Southern Proper, Barbour, and Costa Del Mar. Which Blue has none of. Concord is in need of a preppy men's boutique. Blue, unfortunately has yet to fill this niche. I look forward to a new store with a better understanding of customer service and the market to take its place.
